In 2024, Tracy was approached by Travis to help establish T2, and bring his decades of construction, development, and business leadership experience to the commercial construction market. Today, he is proud to serve as T2’s CEO.
Tracy and Travis have built a leadership team with complementary strengths and a strong financial position. Their combined experience, hands-on approach, and commitment to quality provide T2’s clients with knowledgeable leadership and dependable project execution.
Tracy Briggs – CEO

A Pacific Northwest native, Travis Richards has more than 30 years of experience in commercial construction and tenant improvements, with a copmrehensive portfolio of projects completed across the State. His experience spans a wide range of commercial projects, giving him a practical, field-driven perspective on construction and project execution.
Travis works closely with clients from start to finish, with a focus on value engineering, attention to detail, transparency, and accountability. His hands-on approach helps ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Tracy Briggs – CEO
Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Tracy Briggs attended Linfield College, where he studied economics and finance. He began his professional career in aviation, flying aircraft and selling aircraft components to original equipment manufacturers.
As a third-generation contractor, Tracy grew up in the construction industry. In 1993, he founded T.E. Briggs Construction Co., specializing in underground utility construction for residential subdivisions. In 2003, he expanded into real estate development by forming Jobsite Properties, LLC, which remains active today.
Jo Kjaergaard – Controller

Born in Denmark, Jo Kjaergaard brings a broad international perspective, with professional experience across Europe, China, and South America. With more than 7 years in construction, Jo began her career as a finish trim carpenter, working on high-end homes throughout the Eastside and Issaquah.
Now serving as T2’s Financial Controller, Jo combines her hands-on construction experience with her College Accounting Certificate. She is passionate about the construction industry and, most of all, the great people and relationships that make T2 special.
